Offer valid between 21 Jan to 28 Feb 2021 on a wide range of group tours to Japan, China, India, South East Asia, Central Asia, and South America. New bookings only and strictly subject to availability as some quotas may be limited or unavailable on certain departures during the offer period.

Not valid in conjunction with any offer or Loyalty Discount. Prices based on Economy Class wholesale fare by Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines and Emirates at time of advertising and may be higher subject to capacity of tour and desired booking class, Flights are based on the Airlines’ operating services or a domestic connection within Australia, or extra nights’ accommodation may be required at an additional expense.

A non-refundable deposit of $99pp is to arrive at Wendy Wu Tours or your travel agent within three days of receiving confirmation that space has been held for you. a second deposit is required three months before departure for these tours: $1000/pp for Cities of the Orient and China Encounters; $2500/pp for tours to Central Asia and Oman. Final balance is due 75 days prior to departure. One complimentary date change is permitted up to 75 days before departure. Air tickets will be subsequently issued upon receiving the residual of full payment; bookings are not transferrable. In the event your tour departure is deferred due to unforeseen circumstances such as government travel restrictions, both mentioned deposits will be placed as a future travel credit with Rebooking Fees being waived. Balance paid 75 days prior to departure is fully refundable, excepting that should air tickets have been issued, will be placed under individual airline’s waiver policy at time of cancellation. Standard policy applies to voluntary changes and/or cancellation.

A Passport Photocopy/Mobile phone number/Email address/Postcode of Residence of each traveller is required at time of booking. Any spelling correction made after a booking is confirmed may incur additional fees. Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated, or any omissions made at any time during your booking.
