The advertised itineraries (Itinerary) are subject to the grant of Australian and international regulatory approvals for operations within Australian territorial waters. Booking Deposit is 10% and Final payment is at 45 days. If final regulatory approvals are granted, Scenic Eclipse and the Itinerary will still be subject to any Federal, State or Local government restrictions based on current pandemic protocols. These may include travel restrictions, quarantine regulations and border closures. In those circumstances, we may need to cancel or alter all or part of the Itinerary, either prior to or once the voyage has begun. Alteration of the Itinerary may include (without limitation) substituting or removing ports of call and shore excursions; delaying or bringing forward the commencement of all or any part of the Itinerary; reducing or extending the duration of all or any part of the Itinerary.
